  • Award for Professional Excellence numerous times on several major felony investigations (Homicides-Baby Deaths & Criminal Sexual Conduct Cases)
  • Regional District Award for AAPP Leading The Country in Specific Issue Polygraph Examinations (One of the Team Members)
  • Developing & Training ranking departmental members in the Michigan State Police in Interviewing Techniques (To best assess the best Trooper Applicant to be hired)
  • Multiple Presentations at various Educational Institutions on non-verbal communication and linguistics
  • Oral Board Panelist for the Department of Licensing and Regulatory Affairs for Licensing Polygraph Examiners in the State of Michigan
  • Assist in redeveloping the written/oral test protocol for the Bureau of Commercial Services for Forensic Polygraph Examiners Licensing Board in the State of Michigan for licensing Polygraph Examiners.
